A water storage facility breach at miner Vedanta's aluminium unit in Odisha has impacted agricultural land, the company said on Monday. The incident happened at Vedanta's Lanjigarh alumina refinery in Odisha. The water overflowed due to heavy rain. Vedanta Aluminium said it is "actively addressing" the breach, which occurred during the early hours of Sunday.
